Scratch is MIT’s platform for young coders — used by over 50 million students worldwide. Coding on Scratch removes the complexity of typed syntax so your child can focus entirely on the fun part: making things move, react, and come to life.
Every session is 1-on-1 with a dedicated Alphagen teacher who knows your child’s pace, interests, and potential. No group. No waiting. Just your child and their teacher, building something real.
Both levels use the same 1-on-1 format and 5-day structure. The content and complexity differ.
Prerequisites: None. Best for first-time coders aged 7–9
This week, your child goes from “what is coding?” to “I built that.” Every concept introduced through a real project.
Prerequisites: Level 1 complete. Ready for more complex games
Takes everything from Level 1 further. They’ll work on clones, broadcasts, voice controls, and a polished final showcase.

Absolutely! Level 1 is built for complete beginners. By Day 5 your child will have built a real project with their teacher guiding them every step of the way.
Level 2 follows directly. After both levels, students can move into our weekly programme or select a different camp to broaden their exposure. We’ll guide you to the right next step.
Scratch may be better suited for younger kids, but the programming foundation they will gain through Scratch is a stepping stone for them to move on to more sophisticated programming languages such as Python! With a strong foundation, kids will have an easier time understanding different technologies and more advanced coding concepts, opening the door to an exciting world of technology and even careers in STEM!
Students who have a busy schedule will benefit from our online camps as it greatly reduces the commute time to and from class! They will need to spare only 90 minutes a day from the comfort of home to attend the online camp! As with all our classes, students will benefit from a private online 1-on-1 class with an experienced tutor.
Yes. Just WhatsApp us and describe what they have tried. We will recommend the right level before camp starts.
As all our lessons are 1-on-1 with a tutor, the curriculum is personalised to meet your child’s skill level, our tutors will engage and challenge them to bring out their best!
Students will need a Windows or Mac computer with a connected mic and webcam. They also need to have Zoom installed. We do not recommend tablets, as the multi-tasking ability between Zoom and some browser-based teaching platforms is often unreliable.
From first project to real-world skills — we’ll be with your child every step of the way.
Same teacher, same slot, all 5 days.
We fill up quickly – especially Slots 2, 4 and 5.
